BUBBLE TEA SHOP IN KYOTO

Tapioca is currently very popular in Japan, therefore I thought what would happen if a Taiwanese opens a original tapioca shop in Kyoto.At first, when I was thinking about the color system of the interior,I tried to mix in tapioca color and pink color since I’m focusing the target on younger aged clients, but then I realized it needs a bit of darker color to match Kyoto’s tone. Then I thought why not design all the walls and furniture by relating them to tapioca?I had this image, walls are straw, the floor plan as milk tea, and tapioca at the entrance of the store. Since the shop is located in a shopping center, and hence in order to make it part of the street, the doors on both sides of the can be similar to Taiwanese night market stalls, so the flow makes clients to enter the shop easily.
